All-State Honor Ensembles

These ensembles are sponsored by the California Band Directors Association (CBDA) and the California Orchestra Directors Association (CODA). All audition recordings and materials must be submitted by Ms. Gibson. Honor Band and Orchestra performances are held at the CASMEC conference in February.

Please talk to Ms. Gibson if you are interested in auditioning for an All-State Honor ensemble.

Contra Costa County Honor Band

Auditions are in late November/December and consist of All State scales, a short excerpt of your choosing and sight-reading.

Auditions for 2021 will be announced in fall 2020. 
    

Jazz Band - Audition information will be available late November/early December.
